The former Bellator champ should win this but he's having too much fun in brawls which he exposes his chin too much

Let's be real. If you have a superstar aka the biggest name in the company and you need to make him the champ you have to put him in MW. Obviously if he wins the Chandler fight, he's gonna fight the champion next, no sense to fight another contender. And the current top guys in MW are very beatable. Du Plessis, Strickland & Izzy is on a break. Yes, they're top level and I'm a fan of both of them but honestly, they have very visible flaws. Conor would get demolished in current FW, LW, WW, so his biggest chance to have another title run is to fight at 185. Dana is a money man, he knows what's he's doing, 185 is no coincidence.

Just watched the trailer for Road House and I am surprised by how ok it seems. Connor is basically playing himself so I don't think he will struggle with the acting and Jake gyllenhaal is a great actor so I will be checking it out when the movie comes out.

As far as Connor Mcgregor in the cage ? I think Chandler is winning this fight, however I could see Connor having some success before losing in the late rounds.

Nothing is official yet. I'm pretty sure Conor was being sarcastic when he said the fight is at Middleweight. I think it's more realistic and very likely that they will fight as Welterweights.

Inauguration of the 165 weightclass ???

How about putting a new belt on the line for this fight with a 165 pounds weightclass? I would see many guys possibly going up from 155 (Makhachev, Gaethje, Poirier, BSD, Turner, etc.) and others going down from 170 (Belal, Burns, Covington, Luque, etc.) and.... having just called a un-retirement maybe FINALLY Kevin Lee would fit in all of this!

this has been discussed for years but even though it would be smart for the ufc i don't think dana would do something like that at this point in the UFC
